Payment and General Conditions

All registration fees are quoted in Euro (€). Payment in any other currency will not be accepted. The invoicing address can only be set up during the registration process. Any modification on address, requested after the issuing of the invoice, will result in an administrative fee of € 30. Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of the registration request. The prices indicated are only applicable if both the registration request and payment are received before midnight, Central European Time (GMT +1), on the relevant registration deadline date, otherwise, the higher registration fee will be applied. Registrations will be acknowledged by email upon receipt of payment and a valid personal email address. Incomplete addresses will not be accepted and will result in the cancellation of the registration.

Payment of fees

Payment by Credit card (Visa or Mastercard) can be made through the online services on our secured server. For security reasons, under no circumstances should credit card details be sent by email or fax.
Payment by bank transfer is made with no cost to the beneficiary, and should be paid within 7 days after submission of registration request. Proof of payment should be sent to the address from which the registration email was received.


Cancellation & modification conditions

Cancellation

Any cancellation or alteration of your registration must be notified in writing and will be subject to the following conditions: Until 30 April 2024: refund of fee minus 20% administrative charge. From 1 May 2024: no refund.

Name Changes

Please be aware that name changes are not possible. A new registration will need to be purchased. No refund will be made after 1 May 2024. Please note no refund or discount will be made if a function or event inclusive within the registration fee is not taken up, or if you subsequently cancel your participation in that function or event. In the case of extenuating circumstances, a refund outside of these terms and conditions may be considered by, and at the discretion of, the Organising Committee upon application.

Delegate cancellation – Medical

If, on medical grounds, you are unable to attend the Congress, you must cancel your attendance in writing by email to the Congress Office. A full refund may be provided at the discretion of ISIDOG; however, you may be asked to provide additional details.

Disclaimer

By registering, you acknowledge and consent that during your attendance at the Congress your image or voice may be recorded via video, photography or by any other means by an officer or official of the Congress, which may be distributed or published at the discretion of the Congress. If you do not wish to be recorded, you are required to formally advise the Congress Office in advance by email.
